What is betrayal? we are dealing with this issue. The penalty for treason, which is one of the signs of hypocrisy, is also great. Especially those who betray their country, nation and religion should be punished with death. In the hadith, it is said, “A person who does not have trust (traitor, trustworthiness) has no faith, and he who does not abide by his oath (oath) has no religion”.

What is Betrayal?

What is Betrayal? If we say that, it means that he does not show the loyalty he should show and he is disloyal. A believer can fall into some sins. However, it should never fall into lies and treachery. Because the religion of a person who does not remain true to his covenant is doubted. For this reason, the believer must fulfill the promise and protect the trust he has received.

Even positions and offices are a trust. Therefore, an officer’s negligence in fulfilling his duty, deceitfulness can be expressed as treason. Since these people are under great responsibility, it is very important that they give their due due to their position and position.

A believer is a sure person. It can be said that if people are wary of a Muslim’s words, actions and attitudes, and if they are worried about such matters, a person starts to turn away from religion. Because a believer is someone who can bear the trust and whose word can be trusted. He is the person whose property, life and chastity people are safe from.

In the time of Anfal, it is commanded: “Then, O you who believe! Do not betray Allah and the Prophet (pbuh); (Afterwards) do not knowingly betray your own (between you) trusts. A Muslim person is a person who conforms to the criteria brought by Islam and acts responsively in keeping them alive.

“Believer” The first word that comes to mind is to be sure. It comes to mind to be safe and to take care of the trust. Because Allah wants Muslims who believe to be safe. As a matter of fact, one of the most important attributes of the Prophets is “Deposit” and this attribute is also applicable to his ummah.

Our Prophet (saas) was regarded as a symbol by everyone in that century. “Sure” famous for the word. Therefore, there can be nothing more natural for the believers who have an ummah than to be sure and reliable. Look at the companions, they are always sure people. It is obvious that people who move away from this attribute will lose their connection with both the attribute of believer and Muhammedü’l-Amin in time.

Betrayal has become one of the signs of hypocrisy. What is Betrayal? In the entrusted thing, it is to make savings contrary to Islam, to do injustice and not to give a feeling of security. This is true in spiritual as well as material matters.

What is Betrayal? Verses and hadiths about

Surah Ali Imran Verse 61: It is unthinkable for a prophet to betray a trust (it is out of the question). Whoever betrays (betrays) will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment with what he has betrayed (comes together)

Surat an-Nisa, Verse 107: To defend those who betray (their selves) treason. Undoubtedly, Allah does not love any traitor or sinner (who has advanced in treason, resisting).

Verse 27 of Surah Anfal: O you who believe! Do not betray (betray) Allah and the Prophet. Do not deliberately betray your own trusts (trusted things).

Surah Yusuf, Verse 52: Their tricks will certainly not lead to success.

Surat an-Nisa, Verse 105: Don’t be a side (defender) of the traitors!

In a hadith in Bukhari, our Prophet (saas) says, “The signs (signs) of a hypocrite are three: He lies when he speaks, breaks his word when he makes a promise, and betrays when something is entrusted to him.” In another narration, it is stated that even if he prays or fasts.

Adi bin Amîre (ra) narrates as follows:

I heard the Messenger of Allah say:

In another hadith, “If a person appointed to a job hides a needle or even something smaller than that, it will be treason and he will be resurrected with him on the Day of Judgment.

“The Messenger of Allah used to pray:

Hz. The Prophet used to pray as follows. “My God! I seek refuge in you from being hungry; what a bad friend (what a bad situation) he is. I seek refuge in you from betrayal (betrayal) to trust; what a bad heart trait he is.

In the hadith, the Muslim is described as follows. “A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He does not betray him, does not lie to him, and does not withhold help from him. The chastity, property and blood of a Muslim are forbidden to another Muslim.” (Tirmidhi)

An exemplary event

Someone came to our Prophet and said: “O Messenger of Allah! My slaves lie to me all the time. They rebel by betraying me. Then I insult them and beat them. What will become of me because of them?” said.

The Messenger of Allah (saas) said: “The punishment you inflict on your slave is calculated based on their betrayal and lies against you. If the punishment you give is less than the crime they committed, it will be a benefit in your favor. If the penalty you give is more than their fault, you will have to pay that extra penalty, which will be taken from you through retaliation.”

This time, the man stepped aside and began to sob. Thereupon, we will set up scales of justice for the man on the Day of Judgment. He recited the verse stating that no one will be wronged in any way.

Thereupon, the man said, “By Allah, O Messenger of Allah, there is nothing better for myself and for them than separating from each other. Bear witness, they are all free.” said. (Tirmidhi)

Yes What is Betrayal? When we say that, we see that we need to be very careful. As Muslims, we, as believers, should always look at the trusts given to us as our eyes. When it comes to trust, it is not necessary to understand property, there are many things such as duty, soul, chastity, life, which are also entrusted to them.

To take care of the trust that suits us is to behave meticulously without saying more or less. It is necessary to comply with the right of use as much as possible, because these are the most sensitive things that we will pay attention to. There is forgiveness for everything, but the right to use is troubled.

Be entrusted to Allah with the wish to stay away from such troublesome difficult situations and to live properly as a Muslim. With greetings and prayers.
