Battle of Badr
Date: March 3, 624
Reason: The reason for this war for Muslims is that the polytheists, who forced Muslims to migrate to the hadith, plundered the property left behind.
For the polytheists, however, since the Muslims could not use their property, they found the solution by attacking the caravans of the polytheists. That’s why they decided to fight.

Results: With this victory, which was the first great success, he greatly strengthened the population of our Prophet (saas) in Medina.
Significance: Thanks to the victory of about 300 Muslim armies against an army of about 1000 polytheists, the religion of Islam that we believe in today has survived to this day.

Battle of Uhud
Date: March 27, 625
Reason: The Quraysh wanted to avenge the Battle of Badr and regain their lost reputation. That’s why they decided to fight.

Trench Warfare
Date: February 23, 627
Reason: After the Battle of Uhud, Muslims made expeditions to the east and north of Medina. After these expeditions, Mecca caravans closed their way to Syria, Egypt and Iraq,
Parties: Muslims and Quraysh Polytheists
Results: In 628, the Hubeydiye Peace Treaty was signed with the Meccans, which appeared to be the acquisition of privileges for the Muslims.
Significance: With this war, Muslims got out of their defensive position and accelerated the spread of Islam outside of Medina.

Conquest of Khyber
Reason: The city of Khyber, which was almost the center of the Jews, began to pose a threat to Islam.

Results: The Muslims were victorious.

Hudaybiyah Peace Treaty
Date: 628
Reason: The events that took place when our Prophet (saas) and his Companions wanted to go to Mecca to visit the Kaaba and this was prevented by the polytheists.
Significance: The Meccans officially accepted the political existence of the Muslims.
The establishment of an environment of peace accelerated the spread of Islam. The conquest of Mecca became easy. Although the terms of the treaty seemed to be against the Muslims, it was actually a victory.

Mute War
Date: 629
Reason: Our Prophet (saas) sent envoys to all four corners of the world to spread Islam, inviting every community, from tribes to states, to Islam. One of these envoys, Haris bin Umair, was sent to the Busra (Havran) valley of the Byzantine Empire. But Shurahbil, the governor of Busra, had the ambassador martyred. Our Prophet (saas) was deeply saddened by the martyrdom of Haris bin Umair and decided to fight.

Results: Both sides withdrew from the war. The winner or loser is unknown.

Conquest of Mecca
Date: January 1, 630
Reason: As a result of the breach of the Hudaybiyya Agreement between Muslims and Qurayshi polytheists, our Prophet (saas) started preparations for war.
Results: Knowing that they could not resist the strong Islamic army, the polytheists could not oppose the conquest. There are no preparations in this direction anyway. And they surrendered and began to wait for the decision of our Prophet (saas). Click for detailed information.
Battle of Hunayn
Reason: When they went on and conquered Mecca, the tribe of Havazin realized that it was their turn now, and they defended the idea that we should attack them before the Muslims attacked us, and went into attack.

Military Forces of the Parties: While the people of Havazin had a military force of 20,000, the Muslims had a military force of 12,000.

Expedition to Taif
Reason: The people of Taif, who cooperated with the Havazim before the battle of Hunayn, took all the fleeing enemies, especially Khalid bin Awf, into the castle and prepared for a defensive war after the war was lost.

Tabuk Expedition
Date: The year 631 just before the Farewell Pilgrimage.
Reason: It is an unfounded letter written by the Christian Arabs in Syria to the Byzantine Emperor Horraclius. In this letter; They reported that our Prophet (saas) was dead, that there was famine and poverty in the Islamic geography, that Muslims were in a difficult situation due to famine, and that they could return to their Christian religion with an expedition against them.
Significance: With this expedition, the power of the Islamic army was understood and recognized by other countries.
Feature: It is the last expedition that our Prophet (saas) participated in.
Results: -The broadest limits were reached during the time of our Prophet (saas).
The Ghassanids accepted Islam. The Damascus trade route was completely in the hands of the Muslims. Political unity was achieved in the Arabian peninsula.
