Hz. Brief Summary of the Arbitration Case of Ali (ra) Caliphate Period

Reason: In the battle of Siffin, Hz. While Ali(ra)’s army was about to win the war, Muawiya’s army resorted to deception. By hanging the Qur’an leaves on the ends of the spears, so that no more brother blood will flow in this war, let the Qur’an act as an arbitrator for us and let’s solve the problem like this. They caused strife in Ali (ra)’s army. Hz. Even though Ali (ra) ordered his army to fight, he could not pass his word and the referee incident took place.
Parties: Hz. Ali (ra) and the Governor of Damascus are Muawiya. Hz. While Abu Musa was Ali(ra)’s arbitrator, Amr bin El As was Muaviye’s arbitrator.
Results:

When Amr Al As argued, “It is the right way to take the caliphate of these two people and present them here among the Muslims, to elect whomever they want as the Caliph”;
